Agree a practical inspection scope, record findings with supporting images and communicate issues. Inspection reduces uncertainty but does not constitute a guarantee of zero defects.
05 / CONSOLIDATE
Consolidation & packing coordination
Coordinate receiving plans for multiple suppliers, check available shipment information and align packing or labelling instructions before handover.
06 / SHIP
Shipping coordination
Prepare shipment details and coordinate operational handover with the buyer’s nominated provider or an agreed logistics partner. Freight, customs and delivery remain subject to the contracted carriers and authorities.
