When you submit a request for quotation, we collect the contact, company, product, quantity, destination and optional commercial information you provide. We also receive files you choose to attach and limited technical information used to protect the form from abuse.

How information is used

Information is used to review and respond to sourcing requests, coordinate requested services, maintain business records, protect the website and comply with applicable obligations. We do not sell inquiry information.

Retention

Website RFQ submissions and their attachments are normally deleted after 90 days unless the information becomes part of an active commercial relationship or must be retained for legal or operational reasons.

Sharing and international processing

Information may be processed by hosting, email, security and other service providers used to operate the website. Product information is shared with potential suppliers or service providers only where needed to evaluate or perform the requested sourcing work.

You may request access, correction or deletion of website inquiry information, subject to applicable legal and operational requirements.
